Radical Dietary and Emotional Healing

The mechanisms for healing are not mysterious, they are just not mainstream. They've been remembered and forgotten, time and time again, since time immemorial.
I wrote a little last time about healing generationally. Did you know that some practitioners have noticed that in our culture, 'disease' symptoms tend to manifest 10 years earlier in each generation? This could mean, hypothetically, that if your mother got cancer at 70, you could get it at 60, and your child at 50. I can't verify that for everyone, but my grandfather had his hip replaced in his mid 60's, my father in his mid 50's, my sister in her mid 40's... always the right side. (Think about this for a moment, and whether it applies to you, because mapping your patterns can be very powerful inspiration).
But this rule only applies if you follow a SIMILAR PATH. If you want to break the cycle, follow a radically different path. Simple.
This is that path; an invitation to freedom and living fully. Of course, I can only demonstrate the steps, but you must take them.
Of course, this particular pattern (the 10 years younger phenomenon) hasn't been occurring since ancient times. It seems to be a modern phenomenon based on the degradation of the DNA due to non-ideal foods, environmental toxins, radiation, and other detrimental substances.
The Body Intelligence
The body is designed to be broken and to heal; it is designed to become toxic and then to shed those toxins. It's just that it falls behind over time, if we keep willfully ingesting non-ideal foods, consciously or unconsciously... and there you have it... the root of most diseases, emotional and physical.
The most congestive foods, put simply, are animal products, starches, processed sugars, refined oils, chemical creations.
Some of these can be used for nourishment in a clean system; In an unclean system, they 'gunk up the works.' The body pours tremendous energy into moving them through, and we become tired and sluggish. Organs erode over time, after a coating forms on the intestines, blocking nutrient absorption, and the lymphatic system backs up, and other glands and organs begin malfunctioning.
Rice starch, for instance, is traditionally used to make book-binding glue; egg whites are a binder for egg tempera paints; milk, a binder for casein paints; linseed and other oils bind oil paintings that are centuries old.
Here is a list of 'clean burning' versus 'mucus forming' foods, for your edification.
The most clean-burning foods allow the body to burn off previously-acquired toxins. They are pure energy, so instead of wasting energy moving the detritus through, the body reroutes that toward healing itself.
The ideal foods for healing are ripe fruits and non-starchy vegetables. Fasting, too, allows for healings that seem 'miraculous'. Everything else we want to wean ourselves off of over time. That's the key... over time.
Perhaps this sounds radical; perhaps it sounds intuitively obvious. You're right in either case. It's only radical in a culture committed to disease.

While diet is essential, you also need to consider the water you're bathing in.
The first step, is to raise our standards, to transcend 'health' and reach a state of 'vitality'. It's a waning art in our culture. Most people don't make any dramatic move to heal until they're diagnosed with some life-threatening label, and by then it's sometimes too late. It's a lot easier to make the leap to healing earlier, like when you notice any of these symptoms:
- Dark Circles Under your Eyes
- Excess Body fat
- Poor muscle tone
- Cravings (sugar cravings show up because our body is designed to run on sugar... we just choose the wrong kinds).
- Digestive issues
- Skin tone, rashes, acne (huge signal flare of lymphatic congestion)
- Skin spots, scars, warts moles (inner fermentation)
- Asymmetry (eroding tissues)
- Nerve damage
- Hair loss (head congestion, pre- mental decline)
- Mood swings
- Joint or Back Pain (over acidity)
- Postural issues
- Muscle Aches
- Issues with Focus or Clarity
- Vision Issues (head congestion, master gland declining)
- Distended abdomen
It's not a wonder to me that 1 in 3 get 'cancer', or that the number will soon be 2 in 3. The conventional treatments are lacking; only 5% survive the 5 year mark after treatment, and this is probably in spite of treatment, instead of because of it.
Heal now, and step gracefully off of the path of (y)our forefathers, and let's change these statistics going forward.
